Setting
We're planning to use this corridor for one of the settings in the scene, as the cold and solid look of it fits in with the seting that we want for the scene. We will film in this setting at a point in the day when it's dark and there's nobody around, so we can block out the little natural light that is there and use darkness and artificial light to our advantage (e.g. strobe lighting, flickering lights, spotlights)
Costume
Room with writing on the walls (Don't know a way to do it yet)
Props

Field
This is the field that the character will be running across. We will be using it because it's convenient as it is on site, so would be easier to use than any alternative. The scene will be shot at night, so most of the other details that we don't want to show should be hidden or taken down as they wouldn't be in use.
Gate/Fence
We are planning to use one of these gates (most probably the wooden ones) for the character to climb over, which shows that they're escaping the asylum that they're in. We plan to do the shots with these in a low-angle and a close up shot to show that they're large objects. We may consider changing to a different style of fencing, maybe a rock wall (one ofwhich is close to this fence, so would have the same convenience).

Other Settings That Might Be Used
Antagonist
For the antagonist introduced in the scene, we are planning to use costume which shows that they're in a mental asylum, which would probably be some sort of medical robes which medical patients often wear, or a straightjacket, which is stereotypical attire for insane patients. This gown had some tomato ketchup smeared on it to give the appearance of dried blood, as would be typically seen on mental patients in thriller films to connote poor conditions and possible self harm.
Other
In the asylum, the other characters chasing the antagonist will either be in some sort of security costume, or a doctor/nurses outfit to signify the staff of the asylum. If the protagonist is being introduced in the opening, then there will be people in the background of the cafe, who will wear casual costume.
The scene will include a part where there are a lot of quick cuts of various items and places that relate to the antagonist, one of which will be medical files. We plan to have them with some information on the front, and perhaps a stamp on the front that reads along the lines of 'dangerous' or 'insane' to show that this is actually the antagonist. We will use this prop for some quick and easy exposition.
Files
Casting
The only thing we would have to consider based on specifics of the antagonist is their overall figure, since their face will not be visible whatsoever throughout the scene. However, we have decided that the character will be young, female, and probably quite a small figure, which shows that they're more likely to resort to outsmarting people instead of brute strength.

This is the sort of thing that the files would look like
The hoodie will be used as a backup plan in case we can't hide the antagonist's face using lighting alone, and with it we can hide the antagonist's face more effectively. As evidenced by filming, we didn't need the hoodie.

Sugar Glass
We needed some footage of smashing glass, so we decided to create a safer alternative, sugar glass, which isn't as sharp as actual glass when it shatters. It is made up of golden syrup, sugar, cream of tartar, and water, and is boiled to 300°F, or 148.889°C, left out to cool, and is refridgerated until needed, otherwise it will become sticky and bend instead of shatter. We used this technique because, as said before, it is safe, and comparitively easy to make to any other alternative.
