R18 is the highest classification of the BBFC, and includes fetish material that can only be shown in certain cinemas due to the nature of its strong content. The only material that is omitted is illegal material, anything encouraging sexual abuse, any display of a lack of consent, and sexual threats, humiliation & abuse that isn't involved in a clearly shown, fully-consenting way (although strong verbal and physical abuse may not be shown)
