  • How does it appeal ---- Signs a lot of vaguely similar artists

  • Major or minor? ---- Major, includes people like Jamiroquai and Elton John

  • What does logo connote? ---- “Universal” is bold and sans-serif, the label is more important

Parlophone
  • What sort of artists? ---- More indie artists, less mainstream

  • How does it appeal ---- Includes a variety of genres and bands that aren't as big as others

  • Major or minor? ---- Major, includes bands like Blur and Coldplay

  • What does logo connote? ---- The â‚¤ in the logo is the German version of L (not a pound sign: £) and references Car Lindström, the founder of Parlophone
